I was up and down Johnston looking for a REAL pizza place and stumbled upon Alesi. Not only did I not get my usual pesto base, or oil, herb and garlic base, but I decided to go with the suggested "White". I personally don't do alfredo sauce on pizza but I am going to say that the bake of this sauce and the crusts crunchiness is an absolute fantastic pairing. I had about a 15-minute drive home and it still had its crunch and it was not at any time messy and spilling out the end when you bit into it. A really really good pie. Thanks for the suggestion! I had mine with chicken and jalapenos, I highly suggest it!

Hey...if you're from here then you know. For new comers, out of towners, self pro claimed foodies & Lafayette citizens if you haven't gone already what the hell are you doing....more support for the locally owned people. One of the pizzerias in town & say because I'm sure Alesi's would concur they ain't the only ones with a mouth watering menu...but they most def in the top 3. Love you guys.
